2004 (where I was guest of honor). It came

Thomas RIP
Frank
Thomas was one of my big inspiration when I started
studying animation. The book he co-authored with his
friend Ollie Johnston, Disney Animation: The Illusion
of life, was my bible in college.
I
was lucky to meet him and Ollie while at Sheridan College
back in 1985 and get both of them to autograph my copy
of The Illusion of Life. His spirit will live
on through his amazing work.

Pinup by Rad Sechrist
Rad
Sechrist is a really talented guy. I saw the
story he did in Flight:
Volume One and I was blown away. A visit
to his
website confirmed his talent. When Rad did
a little interpretation of my character Rex
a few weeks ago, I was absolutely delighted
and posted it in my Fan
Art Gallery.
I
contacted Rad a few days ago and asked him if
he'd be interested in doing a pinup for the
upcoming ZED
#6 issue. A week later, I received this
fabulous illustration. Isn't it awesome?
